Interview with Gluteboost Fitness Model Serina Branch

Check out this exclusive interview with Serina as she dishes on her background, diet and fitness secrets, and a whole lot more!


Why don’t you take a minute to introduce yourself? Tell us a little bit about yourself:

My name is Serina Branch, I am half Japanese and half Italian, but I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee.  I just recently turned 21 years old, and I am loving my life.  I am a recording artist, model and NPC bikini competitor.  One of the most important things I have discovered in my life is that a healthy life is a happy life.

What is your athletic background and how did you get into fitness modeling?

I have been rather active throughout my whole life. I started playing sports in kindergarten and continued to do so until I graduated high school.  Once I graduated high school I no longer continued to play any sport in college.  I eventually joined a local gym and started to train myself, and eventually other people started to notice.  I signed my first modeling contract at the age of 14 and have been modeling ever since.  I model commercial, print, editorial, fashion, and many other varieties as well, but my main focus is fitness modeling because it is truly what I enjoy the most.

What motivates you to keep pushing yourself every day?


Honestly I have 3 things that motivate me the most.

The first thing is when I don’t see results or feel like I am progressing…that’s right, when I do not see results It motivates me to push myself even harder!
The second thing is when I do see results, because it makes me what to keep on going even more!!
The third thing that motivates me the most is the health benefits from training, of course aesthetics is a great result of training, but like I have said before and will continue to say, to me a healthy life is a happy life!

In regards to your fitness routine, can you give us an overview of your typical week?

Sunday-chest, triceps and abs / 20 minutes of cardio

Monday-legs/glutes with heavy weight

Tuesday-Back, Biceps, abs / 20 -30 minutes of cardio

Wednesday-Shoulders/traps /calves 20 minutes of cardio


Friday-HIT training, light full body workout

Saturday-light glute work out

My workout varies so my muscle(s) will continue to grow and change rather than adapt.

What are some of your favorite butt exercises?


  • squats (all the varieties)
  • lunges
  • kick backs
  • dead lifts

What does your diet mostly consist of?

  • proteins, carbs, fats, and sugars.
  • grilled chicken breast
  • Tilapia
  • salmon
  • tuna
  • steak
  • turkey
  • egg whites
  • oats
  • nuts
  • sweet potatoes
  • spinach
  • kale
  • greek yogurt
  • brown rice
  • quinoa
  • avocados
  • asparagus

What would you say to the women out there who want to get in better shape and get a bigger butt?


Start doing a variety of butt work outs daily. Eat a clean diet that is low in sugar and high in complex carbs and protein, with a moderate amount of fat, this could vary due to specific women’s body types. In other words, start paying attention to macro nutrients (read the labels) and try to stick to whole, natural food with no preservatives.

I would also highly recommend taking Gluteboost once daily, and for the women, such as myself who really lack in the glute area take Maca Root with your Gluteboost.

What supplements would you recommend?

I take a variety of supplements, but there are 4 that I don’t go a day without.
I would highly recommend Gluteboost pills for any lady that is aiming for a curvier shape, or is looking to enhance the size of their glutes (butt).  I started taking it and felt my hip and glute area become fuller and rounder in about a week or 2, I was extremely shocked and beyond pleased with the results. I also began to use the Gluteboost cream and my glutes have never felt more full in my life and I love it!

Another supplement I would recommend is an organic super food supplement I started taking called JAYA it gives me a clean energy boost that helps me get through the day, I also take an all-natural supplement called Biohack Pure to enhance my mental focus throughout the day. These two supplements I would highly recommend to anyone who strives to be the best version of themselves.

These three supplements are the ones I depend on the most to on a daily basis even when traveling, these are the supplements that I choose take with me! I love them because I know they work from the changes I have seen and felt throughout my body.

Before and after training I depend on RSP nutrition stack, for pre workout before training, recovery, during my workout and for my post workout recovery.  RSP nutrition helps pump up my muscles before my workout, maintain energy throughout my workout and recover them once I am done with a workout, I have seen a tremendous change in my muscles since I started taking RSP nutrition’s stack and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to step up and/or intensify their workouts.
